We have found a way to add the mini-check (which makes screen mode 1 on the handhelds so awesome) to screen mode 0 (ie: standard) handhelds! While the larger screen size of mode 1 handhelds will always make the usability of them higher than a normal handheld, we have dramatically reduced the usability gap!
I hope everyone is demo-ing handhelds to every customer. They work, they are sexy, they are functional, they are fast, they are affordable, and most importantly they offer something unique and compelling. We have heard that there is new hardware coming from both Widefly and Partner Tech soon, so the WiFi performance improvements in 3.0 along with mode 0 usability gains and new hardware specs should really propel mobility pos adoption.
