We added a new feature a month or two ago that we thought was very customer specific... the ability to print some items in the kitchen in red instead of black (items, not modifiers). An example use could be to print kid items in red and regular items in black, or banquet food in red and regular items in black. Basically anywhere the kitchen needs to be warned that an item might not be the "standard item" they are use to getting.
Come to find out though, lots of our resellers have started using this feature. I wonder how many of our partners out there didn't see this new feature in the release notes and are missing something. I know last year at the Partner Conference, we had many features on our year end accomplishments that some of partners were going "when did we start doing that"...
You might want to review the final release notes in a series when a new series is introduced (ie: when 2.8 comes out, go look at the last release notes for 2.7) to make sure you caught and understand everything.
The more you know about the product, the easier it is to beat the competition.
